Meet our leadership team

Attilio is an internationally reputed air quality scientist with over 35 scientific papers and presentations to his credit. In his career spanning over 20 years, Attilio has gained experience in the air quality field leading long-term national as well as regional projects. In spite of managing large teams, many a time in different countries, Attilio is always hands-on in his projects - from modeling to emission inventories, from action planning through compliance and monitoring plans. 

 

In South East Asia, Attilio has directed projects in the mining, chemical and petrochemical, semiconductors and power production sectors. He has also led projects and delivered seminars on Air Quality Management for Government Agencies in Asia.

Chia Weei is passionate about sustainability and mitigating anthropogenic impacts on the environment. He joined APAQ Group in 2016 and has more than 6 years of experience managing local and overseas environmental monitoring projects encompassing air quality, emissions, weather and thermal comfort/heat island effects. He specializes in planning, design, training, installation, commissioning and data collection of environmental monitoring and meteorological stations. 

 

Chia Weei holds a Bachelor and master’s degree in Environmental Engineering from the Nanyang Technological University and Technical University of Denmark respectively. 

Syahmeer is an Electrical & Electronics Engineer by training and Project Manager by occupation. He has been working in the local and international systems integration industry for over 10 years. He specializes in project management, people management, planning, design, training, installation and commissioning of various traffic, security, and meteorological systems.

With over 10 years of professional experience, Syahmeer has managed big teams in the region, and successfully installed and commissioned multiple big-scale projects for both our local and international agencies.

Additionally, Syahmeer is well versed with the industry certification standards and is the appointed Management Representative for Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety. Syahmeer has successfully lead the implementation of ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 and BizSAFE Star for APAQ Group.

Bramudya is an Environmentalist who is passionate to be a sustainability agent, applying sustainability approaches to solve real-world problems. He is a former weather and climate data analyst, having experience in spatial modelling software such as WRF, CALPUFF, ArcGIS, QGIS, R, Phyton, Google Earth Engine, Pix4D, and PostgreSQL. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Meteorology from Bandung Institute of Technology and achieved a master’s degree in Environmental Management from the University of New South Wales, Australia.

 

Before joining APAQ Group, he has been working with a Multinational Company in Pulp and Paper Industry as a sustainability analyst for four years. He managed several projects related to haze monitoring, strategic forest conservation, and carbon emissions from different land uses.
